The body, believed to be in the mid 30s, is of medium build and about 170 centimetres (5 feet 7 inches) long. It was clad in black and red shorts and multicoloured underpants.

Information received from the Hunts Bay police is that about 7 a.m., a passer-by stumbled upon the body and summoned the police. Lawmen who responded inspected it and discovered it had multiple gunshot wounds.

The crime scene was processed and the body removed. Investigations continue.
