Do-or-die clash in Claro/INSPORTS League

New champions will be crowned in the parishes of Kingston, St Andrew and Clarendon as quarter-final action gets under way in the Claro/INSPORTS All-Island Community Football Championship tomorrow.

In Kingston, double-headers will be staged at the Bell Chung Oval and also at Campion College.

In the Bell Chung Oval curtain-raiser, St Albans face Special Unit before Unity tackle New Creation Strikers. Owa Banks and Action Pack will meet in the feature at Campion College, after Cookhorn Lane take on Romantic. All matches will start at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., respectively.

In upper St Andrew at Barbican, Pembroke seeks a berth into the last four when they come up against Crooks Street at 11 a.m., after which May Lane and Top Range will aim to do likewise in the main event at 1 p.m.

At the UWI Bowl, Dunrobin and Stanton lock horns at 1 p.m. before Nannyville and Andrews Pen square off two hours later.

With last year's champions Toll Gate of Clarendon out of the picture, beaten finalists Race Track are oozing with confidence going into their highly anticipated grudge match against hosts Havana Heights.

Preceding the encounter will be the match between title aspirant Farm United and Orlando.

At Clarendon College, Youths entertain Bamboo Lane in the first of two matches, with Morgan's Pass and Palmettto Pen highlighting the feature.

Three rescheduled games are on tomorrow in St Thomas and Westmoreland.
