Tony Matterhorn is promising patrons an experience of a different kind at his birthday beach party, Last Sex Symbol, that will be held at Waves Beach in Portmore on Sunday.

In the past the selector/artiste, who describes himself as spontaneous, has held his birthday party in various locations, locally and abroad. This time around he has brought the party to Portmore and says there will be something to suit all his patrons.

"It will be one of the experience weh yuh just have to be there to see what's happening. It's going to be a little different from the other beach parties. There will be old hits juggling in the evening like a Rae Town style on the beach till bout 7 o'clock," Matterhorn said.

"A real mix crowd is going to be there. As the evening progresses and the crowd start to change you just change the music too, like some alternative, hip hop, R&B and dancehall."

Music will be played by Renaissance, ZJ Chrome, Travellers, Stone Love, Foota Hype and Richie Feelings. Other attractions include Tug-O-War and modelling.

high expectations

Matterhorn also noted that expectations were already high.

"The word on the road is that it's the ultimate beach party. Nobody nuh know bout beach parties like Tony Matterhorn," he told THE WEEKEND STAR.

"It's just going to be an experience weh people ago just talk about it. Mi ago just find ways and means fi entertain the audience for the time they are there. We know what kind of vibe the people want so we just going to maximise it."

The party will be held between 2 p.m. and 2 a.m. It will cost $800 presold and $1,000 at the gate.
