Greetings to you. Keep up the wonderful work that you are doing. I have a really big problem. I would really love if you could help me to solve my problem.

I was with this man for one year and a few months. Everything was going fine until I found out he was cheating at the time when I was pregnant. I searched his phone and I found the woman's phone number and I called her. We argued and I apologised to him a few weeks later. He told me it was over because he couldn't trust me.

I was five months pregnant at the time he left and went to live with this woman. From that time until now I haven't received a dollar from him and the child is five months old now. He hasn't come to look for the baby.

Pastor, I am confused. I can't seem to get over this situation. To make matters worse, I keep seeing this other woman on the road. Do you think I should take him to court for child maintenance?

Please tell me what to do. I really need your fatherly advice. I want to move on with my life. My child will grow up not knowing the love and care of a father.

You have waited too long to take this man to court. Soon after the baby was born and you realised that this man was not giving you any child support, you should have taken him to court. He is a wicked man.

He decided to leave you, but that does not mean that he should not support his child. Stand up against this man. Stand up for your child. Let him pay child support through the court.

When you go to court, do not lie. Speak the truth. And please do not accept the reason this man has given you for ending the relationship with you. He is lying. He wanted to go with the other woman so he is using as an excuse the incident of the cellphone.
