|
The alleged gang leader Christopher 'Dog Paw' Linton appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Gun Court yesterday to answer several charges brought against him. Linton, 24, is charged with three counts of murder, three counts of shooting with intent, two counts of illegal possession of firearm and ammunition, wounding with intent and arson. He was remanded and will return to court on March 16. Residents of Tavern were seen outside the court in support of Linton and insisted that Linton was a good person and a youth leader. Linton's alleged reign of terror made him top of the police most wanted list after being accused of several murders and shootings. He was captured in January during a police operation. |
