It was a fun and open Ce'Cile who chatted with fans online and on the phone lines on Tuesday at the offices of The Gleaner Company, 7 North Street, Kingston.

THE STAR of the Month answered a number of questions during the live stream cast as fans as far as Kenya logged on to ask questions. Ce'Cile discussed her start in music, her current songs, her upcoming tour to Africa, about her love for music and reading among other things.

An interesting fact, according to Ce'Cile, is that she believes more of her personality is seen in her reggae than her dancehall music. In her dancehall music she says she puts on more of her 'bad gyal' persona.

An admirer of Rihanna, 50 Cent and Lady Gaga, Ce'Cile was laughing and joking about a number of issues while online. After a quick session, the 'bad gyal' made her way to the phone lines where a number of male callers used the opportunity to petition their entry for the win-a-date competition with the singjay.

Ce'Cile even got a surprising call from a male fan from the General Penitentiary who just wanted to hear her voice.

Overall Ce'Cile said she enjoyed talking and spending a little time with her fans.

Be a part of STAR of the Month Ce'Cile's reading initiative programme! The deejay is taking under her wing the Village All-Age School in Faith's Pen, Moneague and is asking persons to donate age-appropriate books for the school, which caters to children from ages 6 - 12.

The singjay is hoping to raise awareness about the importance of reading and how it helps in different areas of life. Village All-Age School will be the first school that Ce'Cile plans to adopt. The singjay is asking persons to leave books, (both recreational and text) at our offices on 7 North Street throughout the month of February.

Persons can leave the books at our offices, addressed to the 'Ce'Cile Book Initiative.'
