Discover Ce'Cile

Ce'Cile

Be a part of STAR of the Month Ce'Cile's reading initiative programme! The deejay is taking the Village All-Age School in Faith's Pen, Moneague, under her wing and is asking persons to donate age-appropriate books for the school, which caters to children from ages six to 12.

The singjay is hoping to raise awareness about the importance of reading and how it helps in different areas of life. Village All-Age School will be the first school Ce'Cile plans to adopt. The singjay is asking persons to leave books, (recreational and text) at our offices at 7 North Street throughout the month of February.

Persons can leave the books at our offices, addressed to the 'Ce'Cile Book Initiative.'

Bet You Didn't Know'

Thought you knew everything about STAR of the Month Ce'Cile Charlton? Apart from being dancehall's 'Bad Gyal', let's take a look at some other fun, interesting facts about the female artiste that her fans had no clue about.

1) I'm a personal banker: I have a savings pan where I save $5, $10 and $20 coins.

2) I'm kinda scared of dogs! One bit me when I was really small and I'm still traumatised.

3) I hate wigs! I wear weaves but I can't seem to ever be comfortable in a wig! At all! Still trying!

4) I love kids, especially babies like five months to two-year-olds.

5) People force their kids on me to be godmother all the time. Even though I love kids, I hate it. I should want to be a godmother, not have it forced on me.

6) I absolutely hate flying and I do it so often.

7) I go to the cinema by myself all the time. I love movies and the cinema enough to enjoy a good movie alone.

8) I can't swim and I don't really like the water!

9) While good with people, publicly I'm very anti-social. I love my own company and I don't entertain much. Staying at home by myself reading or watching TV is perfectly fine with me.

10) I haven't had eight hours of uninterrupted sleep in over three years.
