How did you get started in the business?

Well, I got started in the business from singing on some sound systems in the district of Farm Town in Discovery Bay, St Ann. Sound (system) like Mello Mood and Bass Odyssey mi used to sing pon until mi buss.

What has been your greatest challenge in the business yet?

When you're performing on a stage show, that you did not rehearse with the band for, and it turns out to be a big show and you don't get to put out your best.

What have you been up to lately?

I'm looking forward to shooting some videos for some of my songs. Next week we'll be shooting for Voice Of The Innocent, God People, Double Wrong and No Gunman.

Do you look up to any specific artiste and why?

Positive artistes like the great Bob Marley and Beres Hammond. Yuh also have artistes like Capleton and Burning Spear.

Are you happy with the way things are going for your musical career right now?

Yeah, man. I'm very pleased with how it has been going. A lot of artistes are in a far worse situation than I am in. Mi give thanks for the blessings that mi a get.

Do you have any advice for young artistes coming up?

Whatever type of music you doing, always make sure it has positivity in it that your kids and the next generation to come can listen to it. Always believe in yourself and what you're doing and success will be yours.

Where do you see yourself in the future?

I see myself as an artiste in the business who a put out good songs with good messages for today and tomorrow.
