Star Tell Me Pastor

Sign of distress

Dear Pastor,

I am a 16-year-old girl and I had unprotected sex with a 25-year-old man. After we had sex a big bump came on my vagina which hurt, but now it is gone. I am just wondering what it is.

What happened is that I wore a panties that were tight and the bump on my vagina burst and it was full of blood and it smelt very bad. I would like to know if every time you defecate if it is a sign of pregnancy.

Sixteen-year-old

Dear Sixteen-year-old,

I suggest that you go to see a medical doctor as early as possibly today. Tell the doctor everything. Always remember that it is unwise to have unprotected sex. If you do not have the money to pay the doctor, ask the 25-year-old man to give it to you.

I also would like to encourage you to learn to say no to men who ask you for sex. You are 16 and you should try to concentrate on your studies because, without a good education, life may be difficult for you when you grow older. So even if a man promises to support you, don't listen to him. He may only make these promises so he can use you at his will.
