An ananda alert has been activated for 17-year-old Alette Brown of Bath district in Westmoreland, who went missing on Sunday, January 6, 2011.

Brown is of dark complexion, medium build, about 163 centimetres (5 feet 4 inches tall) and has short processed hair.

Reports from the Savanna-la-mar police are that Brown left home about 1 p.m. for an undisclosed location and has not been seen or heard from since.

At the time she was last seen, Brown was wearing a pink merino, blue jeans pants and a pair of pink slippers.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Alette Brown is being asked to contact the Savanna-la-Mar police at 955-2536, police 119 emergency number, or the nearest police station.
