Entertainer Karl Morrison will be the first to point out that the music industry is no easy road. However, he is staying the course.

The Gordon Town-born Morrison told The STAR he intends to continue working on his craft.

"Music for me is everything, that is why I chose to get proper training, which has helped me to be up to date with the business aspect of the industry," Morrison said.

A graduate of the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts, Morrison says: "I move out into the fields and now I have to get my due reward through the playing of music. I will stop at nothing. In fact, things have already started."

So far he has produced the 'watermelon' rhythm, among others.

The upcoming artiste, who said he was part of the production team for Busy Signal's One More Night and Nightshift, says he is still thirsty for more.

"I am now doing backup for Brian Art and other entertainers. I believe more is there to be done and will be working to achieve my objective," Morrison said.
