March court date for Tesha Miller

The reputed leader of the Spanish Town-based Clansman gang, Tesha Miller, is to go on trial in the Gun Court on March 2.

The trial date was set when the case against Miller was again mentioned yesterday.

Miller is charged with robbery with aggravation, assault and illegal possession of a firearm.

He is accused of being involved in a robbery incident last year relating to the theft of a motor vehicle.

In court yesterday, another bail application was made by Miller's attorney, Bert Samuels.

But the application was turned down by Senior Puisne Judge Gloria Smith.
