Star Tell Me Pastor

Locked up with HIV

Dear Pastor,

I am living with HIV. I am in a Panama prison and I cannot go to clinic. What can the government do?

P.S., Panama

Dear P.S.,

You have not stated whether you are Panamanian or Jamaican. Nevertheless, you need medical attention. Therefore, I suggest that you talk to a prison official about your condition and ask him to report the matter and help you to see a doctor. If you talk to one and nothing is done, talk to another until you receive help.

You need not be ashamed and try to keep the matter a secret. If you were to let the matter known, I am sure that you would receive the help you need.

Please, let me hear from you again.

Pastor
