She is jealous of you |

Dear Pastor,
My husband and I are newly married. We have a good relationship. Recently, his children's mother who was in prison abroad has come back and is giving me hell. She tried to voodoo me because she said that she wants him back, but she was the one who left him and their children. I took care of the kids and now they have grown and have become successful. Whenever they want to give me anything she makes a fuss. What do you think I should do? I feel like I should back down and don't take anything from them. Please give me your fatherly advice. K.R. St James, Dear K.R., Whenever the children bring you gifts, accept them. And continue to show them the same love that they have received from you over the years. You mean much to them. They will not forget the good that you have done for them. So never refuse anything that they give you. incarcerated Please ignore their mother. Be careful not to say anything negative about her to her children. She got herself messed up, so to speak, and was incarcerated. That has nothing to do with you. She is jealous of you, but hold your head high and continue to be a good woman. If you believe in obeah or voodoo, it is going to affect you physically and emotionally. Not the voodoo itself, but your beliefs. The Bible says that the angels of the Lord encampeth around them that fear him. So, what you need to do is to read the Psalms every day and pray. Throw your life in God's hand and He will protect you. Pastor |
