I am working for this businessman who has a business place in Westmoreland. One of his friends is also working for him. One afternoon when I reached work at 1 p.m, this worker told me that he lost around $16,000.

I asked him how did he lose the money, and he said that it is the money for the day's sale that he took with him. So the money belongs to the boss.

Pastor, every day the boss keeps calling me and asking me how his business is going, but I am not the one to tell him that his friend is stealing from him. I don't know what to do. Please help me. I am looking forward to your reply.

Do you want to get yourself into trouble? How do you know that this man is stealing from his boss? Have you seen him? Can you prove it?

The man told you that he lost the money. You may or may not believe him but, unless you have solid proof that he is stealing from the business, you should keep your mouth shut.

Your boss should have proper structures at his business place so that every cent can be accounted for. And, anyone who is caught stealing could be arrested by the police, tried and, if found guilty, sentenced to prison.

Your boss should not expect you to watch his friend. If he doesn't have any confidence in his friend, he should fire him. Who is going to watch you while you watch others?
