The Constabulary Communication Network (CCN), the information arm of the Jamaica Constabulary Force, last night confirmed that there was a shooting incident on Old Hope Road, St Andrew.

It is understood that the shooting reportedly happened sometime after 9 p.m. however, up to press time last night the details of the incident were not available.

THE WEEKEND STAR, however, understands that one man was shot in the incident and another injured.

The Matilda's Corner police are investigating the incident.
