Even though the rain fell throughout most of Sunday night, patrons found a vibe and enjoyed themselves at Solstice, held at the Port Royal Yacht Club.

Despite it being changed from a night one to a day event for the first time, most patrons turned out for the party after 8 p.m., as they found shelter around the venue, drinking and partying away.

When THE STAR arrived at the venue some persons were rocking and trying to get into a vibe but it wasn't until Coppershot's Marc Chin and ZJ Liquid took over the controls that the party kicked into high gear.

Working well together, the two did a high energy set with songs like We Nuh Speak Americano and Like a G6, before changing gears into a dancehall segment with the 'Bad People' rhythm and kept the wining songs coming with Mavado and Stacious' Come Into My Room, Kartel and Sheba's Like Christmas also went down well with persons.

As more persons came throughout the night it turned into a dancing mood as persons coupled up and got to wining. By the pool area, a group of friends were obviously in the mood as the females did some risquédance moves, splitting and coming close to jumping into the pool.

Persons such as Timberlee, Leftside, Voicemail, Chevaughn, Nicky B, Elephant Man, and the Portmore Society among others were spotted partying as well.

When songs like Buju Banton's Too Bad and Kartel's Beyonce Wine were played, females walked out in the drizzling rain obviously enjoying the vibe. When the rain stopped for a while persons moved from under the shelter to the dance floor as Chin and Buncohil got forwards for songs like I-Octane's Puff It and songs from the 'One Day' rhythm.

By 11 p.m., Rockwildaz sound took over to close off the night which saw persons leaving before the midnight lock-off time as the rain started falling heavier than before.

She took over the dancefloor with her enrgetic dance moves.
