I had sex with someone and later on I found out that the person is HIV positive. Is it possible that I can become HIV positive too or suffer from full-blown AIDS?

First of all, I suggest you go and do an AIDS test, and you do so as early as possible. Discuss every concern you have with your doctor even after you have taken the test. Always remember it is unwise to have unprotected sex.
