The body of a man dressed in female clothing was found with multiple stab and chop wounds yesterday afternoon on the Half-Way Tree Road in St Andrew.

The dead man has been identified as 22-year-old Ashwan Williams, otherwise known as 'Charm'.

Reports from the Constabulary Communications Network are that around 2 p.m., citizens saw the body lying face down at 61 Half-Way Tree Road and alerted the police.

The police are said to have responded, the body removed to the morgue and the crime scene processed.

The Half-Way Tree police are investigating the incident.
