Sasha-Gay Muirhead of Race Course, Windsor Castle, St Mary, was shot and killed by her boyfriend, 28-year-old Owen Ingram, also called 'Andel', a security guard of Frontier district, Port Maria, St. Mary, who also killed himself about 1 p.m. on Saturday.

Reports from the Port Maria police are that about 1 p.m. Ingram was visiting Muirhead, 20, at a friend's house in Race Course when two explosions were heard coming from the room they occupied. They were discovered lying on the floor each with a wound to the forehead.

One 9mm pistol, serial number 7454C and six 9mm rounds along with a suicide note were recovered from the scene.

Investigations continue.
