A man who has been charged with fraud was again remanded in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Thursday.

He is Paul Pinnock, a resident of St Ann's Bay in St Ann, who has been charged with obtaining money by means of false pretence.

Pinnock, who has pleaded not guilty, was ordered by Resident Magistrate Judith Pusey to return to the court on December 7 for trial.

It is alleged that between July 6 and 9, Pinnock collected money amounting to over $17,000 from three complainants who he convinced that he could provide overseas employment for them.

Pinnock failed to honour his part of the agreement and, as a result, the matter was reported to the police. He was later arrested and charged.
