Ken's Wildflower Sports Club created history after they defeated arch-rivals Colours International by four wickets in the final to cop the inaugural Wray and Nephew White Overproof Rum Portmore 20/20 Cricket League last Sunday.

Colours won the league title the day before. It was surprisingly a low-scoring game, despite the presence of capable and hard-hitting batsmen on both teams.

Colours batted first and were all out for 86 in 13.2 overs. Delroy Morgan top-scored for Colours with 30. Ken's Myron Chin snared 3-3 off two overs, while Brenton Beckford took 2-12.

Ken's Wildflower replied with 88-6 off 18.4 overs. Junior Stewart hit 31 and Robert Cato supported with a timely 20. Colours top bowler was Delroy Morgan with 2-6, whereas Ralston Nelson bagged 2-7.
