Dear Pastor,

I was sent to business school by my boyfriend and I did not leave him. I married him and have two children by him. He then treated me badly, ran around with women and left the children and me. But, with God's help I raised them by myself and they both went to college. One of them has three degrees and I did it all by myself.

Now that they are adults, my husband wants to be a part of their lives. My children love, care and respect me because I am a strict mother. Thank God for them.

I hope that you would encourage your children to forgive their father. And that you will never forget that although he ran around with other women, he gave you a good start by sending you to business school. God gave you the strength to support the children, so be careful not to take all the credit for the success of your children.
