CHAMPION TRAINER Wayne DaCosta and fast-rising Gary Subratie should account for five events on Monday's 11-race card.

DaCosta has a three-timer lined up, MOMENT OF HOPE in the fourth at 1000 metres straight, HEART OF GOLD in the fifth at 2000 metres and GALACTUS in the seventh at 1400 metres.

Subratie should close the well-supported holiday card with CHINA CROSSING in the 10th at 1820 metres and FABULOUSCONNECTION in the nightpan at a mile. Both horses will be partnered by Panamanian Ameth Robles.

MOMENT OF HOPE ran admirably behind the out-of-class SEA DEVIL and HERROYALHIGHNESS on September 22, finishing two and three-quarter lengths third in a fast-run 1:05.4.

She has never won at 1000 metres straight, but only needs to track SPORTS STAR onto the main track before sweeping past the short runner, who, to make matters worse, returns off a five-month lay-up.

The DaCosta machinery rolls into the fifth with female apprentice Georgina Sergeon aboard HEART OF GOLD.

The champion trainer should close his three-timer with a two-year-old debutant, GALACTUS, who has been working like a seasoned pro in the mornings.

Last week Wednesday morning, the bay colt clocked 1:07.3 for five and a half furlongs and returned on Thursday to post 1:08.0 for the distance.

Subratie's CHINA CROSSSING goes for a third-straight win in the 10th, and should use his pace to run rivals into the ground while they are trying to get 1820 metres, which he has no problem doing.

FABULOUSCONNECTION should do likewise in the nightpan. He was run out of it by fit ANTIOCH in a six-furlong sprint when returning off a six-month lay-up on October 2. However, he is the quickest in the event to have won at a mile and should steal a march from the half-mile and stay on in the stretch run.

Track Price Plus Pick-6 players should look to KISSING CHRISSY to notch a quick double in the first at 1000 metres round and LA'S DANCER in the third at 1500 metres to go one better after failing to catch MAHARANI at a mile on October 2.
