Alleged Clansman leader being questioned Rasbert Turner, STAR Writer The St Catherine North police has taken the reputed leader of the Clansman gang, Tesha Miller, into custody. Miller was picked up yesterday afternoon by detectives in Spanish Town, St Catherine. Police told THE STAR that Miller has been taken in for questioning about an upsurge of shootings and other crimes in the division. His arrest came three days after that of reputed leader of the One Order gang, Rohan "Placka" Hope. The cops claim that both men are crucial to their investigations. In recent days, the police reported that a feud between the opposing Clansman and One Order gangs has resulted in the death of several persons. As a result, there was the imposition of a curfew which resulted in a number of persons being picked up, with some being processed and released. THE STAR has learnt that the police in the division will be keeping the pressure on criminal activities. |
