Looking for a fun, new type of party to attend? The Sunday series Gal Farm is the place to be.

Staged for the last month at the Lucky 38 club on Old Hope Road, Gal Farm is organised by actor/writer Bad Boy Trevor and Carline Brown.

The series started in Montego Bay at Moods before making its debut in Kingston recently. With music by DJ Richie and special giveaways to patrons, Gal Farm has quickly gained a following.

Brown told THE WEEKEND STAR, "Its basically about being yourself, somewhere you can come and have fun."

Bad Boy Trevor explained how the idea for the party came up saying, "I would go out and its always the same thing, so I wanted to bring a different party, somewhere with more flavour, that don't happen again. Ladies are free and people can come in to mix and mingle. The guy who brings the most girls with him wins a bottle of Hennessy and the girl who brings the most man gets a bottle of champagne. The event has been growing, all last week a lot of entertainers passed through."

This week Trevor said the theme is 'Pimps and Hoes' with upcoming themes such as the 'Black and White' edition. While Trevor is there as often as possible, Brown too plays an active role as hostess, leading her crew of girls to make sure everyone has a good time. For the future, Trevor said, "I see the event going places. Right now, even people from Runaway Bay link me to do one at Club Jamaica. I also want one in Mandeville and Portmore."

In the meantime, Trevor has been busy on the road, touring and looking forward for a Christmas production of a new play. He is also looking forward to the release of the Bashment Granny movie and an upcoming sitcom, The Jamaicans.
