I am sending you this message on behalf of my cousin who considers himself a player. Some time in late 2008, he met this girl who he really believes loves him. He is planning to propose to her. I asked him if he was sure, his reply was no, he was not sure. After that, I asked him several times and he answered yes, without hesitation.

In my opinion, he is still not sure, based on his behaviour. What do you think he should do?
