FRESH TO DEATH TUNES

Let Him Go (Dutty Love): Sean Kingston/Nikki Minaj - Crazy Dancehall Hip Hop Fusion. Sean Kingston shows his 'Jamaican-ness' and samples dancehall in this song which is much different from how we are used to hearing him. Nikki also delivers her hip hop style with a dancehall flavour. This track is Fresh as the two look for love from each other and delivers a style that is different from how we are used to hearing them.

God Always There: Bounty Killer (Open Air Production) - This is Bounty Killer's first reply after being locked up recently. Bounty acknowledge hearing all the negative things that were being said while he was imprisoned but he is not holding back or changing who he is. He boldly says that despite everything "him nah lef out the woman dem".

Change Right Now: Mavado (Big Ship) - Reggae vibe from Mavado which is different from his usual dancehall style. Mavado pleads to society for a change and wants the youths to trod a more positive path with all that's happening in the country right now.

Take My Heart: Ce'Cile (Don Corleon) - Ce'Cile sings as though she has found the love of her life. She gives the character she dedicates the song to, permission to take her heart as she is ready for love.

Jeans Unfitted: Vybz Kartel (Head Concussion) - This is clever follow up from the Clarks sequel. Vybz Kartel highlights another trend of jeans and baseball cap which is common uptown in the same way he cleverly delivered Clarks which connected with the 'rudeboys'.

My Heart: Wayne Marshall featuring Mavado (Yardvibes) - Mavado adds his gangster vibe to an already good song.

Thank Me Later: Drake (Young Money Records) - All the songs on this album are Fresh To Death!
