Claro KSAFA Under-20 league kicks off today

The Claro Kingston and St Andrew Football Association (KSAFA) Under-20 Confederation League kicks off today with defending champions Meadhaven United hosting the promoted Maverly/Hughenden.

In the other games: last year's runner-up Harbour View tackle Boys' Town; Cooreville Gardens play Bull Bay; Waterhouse tackle Barbican; Real Mona versus Arnett Gardens; and, Tivoli Gardens take on Cavaliers.

All games will be played at 4:30 p.m. with the home teams named first.

The Claro KSAFA Under-20 competition has been split into four leagues, with the Confederation league being the highest.

Eight teams will participate in the St Andrew Zone A division, seven in the St Andrew B, and nine in the Kingston division.

The St Andrew A Under-20 League, which will start on April 17, will see Duhaney Park, Pembroke Hall, Constant Spring, Shortwood United, Red Hills FC, Stony Hill, Seaview FC and Meadforest vying for top honours.

Olympic Gardens, August Town, Maxfield Park, Molynes United, Liguanea United, Greenwhich Town and Mountain View will contest the St Andrew B league, which is scheduled to start on April 14.

The Kingston Under-20 League will start on April 10 and it includes Santos, Central Kingston, Whitfield Town, Brown's Town, Allman/Woodford, Rae Town, Rockfort, New Kingston and Swallowfield.
