A gift to remember |

Dear Pastor, I am 16 years old and I have a boyfriend. I know you will say that I am too young for that, but this is genuine love. We have never had sex. We just talk and we kissed just once. I see him every day, because we live in the same community. He is 17 years old and all the girls love him. He told me that I am special, so I should be cool and not let that bother me. His birthday is in March and I do not know what to buy for him. I have been saving money to buy him a gift. What can I buy? Pastor, I know what he wants, but I am not ready for that. He mentioned that once to me, and I said no. He gave me roses on my birthday. I did not expect anything from him because his mother is the one who is supporting him, without a father. I am in a better position. O.D., St. James, Jamaica Dear O.D., Give this young man something that he can use. Give him supplies for school, for example, pens, notebooks, text books, or even socks, etc. I repeat, things that he can use and what you can afford. If he is a wise young man, he would appreciate whatever you have to give. Pastor |
