Nuffy, Dancehall emcee turned deejay, is looking forward to the Christmas season with three new singles set to be released.

The popular emcee released his debut single How Yuh So Nuff earlier this year and is quickly following up with what he is confident will be smash singles. When THE STAR spoke to Nuffy recently, he explained that he had just returned from South Beach, Miami, where he attended and performed at a party put on by Diddy held at a club called the Mansion.

I'm promoting a new song

He said, "I'm promoting a new song which was first pre-released Saturday at Puff Daddy (Diddy) party. He heard the song (that) me and Haitian deejay Papa Duck (along with) Vybz Kartel did called Rich Money Maker. Papa Duck was there performing and he invited me onstage, introduced me to Puffy and we did the song. Den mi do my new song Blow Whistle."

According to Nuffy, Diddy was fond of the song which also went down well with the patrons at the event. Now, Nuffy says he will be promoting his latest single Blow Whistle featuring Chinda in Jamaica for the Christmas. "Blow Whistle is on the Black Spade label and I'm preeing dat in Jamaica for right now. Me play it at a party on Sunday and it was pandemonium and mi overjoy 'bout dat. Mi have a bag a shows coming up for the Christmas and gonna release two more songs, Nuh Diss Nuh Man for the G Life Label and a song dedicated to my mother Mama I Miss You on the So Right Label," Nuffy said.

Nuffy thinks he has reached a new stage in his career and has become more confident in his deejaying skills. He said, "next year Nuffy not gonna be a emcee. Yuh can call me a 'host'. (Mi we) still do mi likkle emcee ting now and again, but a host emcee and deejay and that's me."

For 2010, Nuffy says fans can expect a number of girls songs from him.
