On Saturday, December 12, when the 'Immortal' Stone Love's 37th anniversary party gets underway inside the Mas Camp Village, it will be a huge fashion night out.

Fashionable dressing is a feature of the dancehall culture and has been the hallmark of the mighty Stone Love's journey from House of Leo to Burlington Avenue.

The fashionable masters of the dancehall stage are set to ignite Mas Camp with their hard-hitting lyrics and their risqué fashion. Patrons will be treated to sounds of Sizzla Kolonji, fresh from his just-concluded European jaunt, Alliance deejays, Bounty Killer and Mavado.

Rising dancehall personality, Ding Dong will make sure the Holiday vibe flows through the event while the female fashionista queen of the dancehall Lady Saw and the flamboyant Spice are also set to blaze the stage.

While Stone Love Movements has been setting trends with music in the dancehall and has single-handedly revised the way sound systems and selectors handle the dance, the same can be said of the way the team of selectors dominates the dance with their trends. Patrons can expect to see Geefus, Billy Slaughter, Bill Cosby, Diamond, Fire Ras, Scary Gary, Randy Rich and Duane Pow.

The Stone Love family will also share the wheels of steel with Metro Media, ZJ Liquid, Kurt Riley, Jagga B, Krazy Kris and Kingston All Stars.

Winston 'Wee Pow' Powell has steered the mighty Stone Love to maintain the coveted crown as one of the world's leading sound systems. He has always led his team with his own savvy sense of style and promises for this party, the tradition of dancehall, which is vibrant fashion, great music and your own swagger.

The Magnum Stone Love 37th anniversary party takes place at Mas Camp on Saturday, December 12. Gates open at 9 p.m. Patrons attending the event can expect the usual tight security and smooth entrance into the venue and an unending supply of refreshments on sale.
