Konshens house robbed

Entertainer Konshens says thieves broke into his Surbiton Road, Kingston 5 apartment and made off with a very valuable laptop computer in the wee hours of yesterday morning.

According to the artiste, he woke up yesterday after a night on the town only to discover that his Mac Book Pro was missing.

The device he says, contains most of his work including future releases and Pro Tools, an advanced audio creation and production software.

"I went to Bembe and Fiction, came back, woke up about 8 and realised it was missing," Konshens told THE STAR before noting that his subsequent checks around the apartment found that the balcony door was also tampered with suggesting that whoever is responsible made their entry and exit through that point.

most expensive

Asked how he felt about the incident, Konshens says he is most confused.

"The laptop was in the living room where the most expensive items are and they only took that?" he questioned.

The artiste, born Garfield Spence, says he sees this as an obvious attempt to slow him down but he will only continue to work hard. "I might as well work harder," he simply said.

Konshens says he will not make a formal report to the police but is making an appeal for the return of the laptop.

Anyone who can assist Konshens can contact him at 895-0151.

Konshens is known for songs as 'Winner', 'This means money' and 'Good girl gone bad' which features Tarrus Riley.
