Man pleads not guilty to paint theft |

|
A man accused of breaking into a warehouse owned by Diamond Paints and stealing over $400,000 worth of goods pleaded not guilty in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Friday.
Charged with housebreaking and larceny and conspiracy is Gregory Holness. The court was told that Holness broke into the company's warehouse and removed the items. He was later arrested and charged. Holness pleaded not guilty to the charge and was granted $300,000 bail with one or two sureties and was told to report to the Stony Hill police three times a week. He returns to court on September 22. |
