I met this guy in December and we decided to start a relationship. He has a wonderful personality. However, I feel as if I am obligated to him. His friends and family keep saying that I am the best thing that has happened to him and he has changed for the better. But I am not happy.

If I do leave him, I know he will go back to his crazy 'player life'. Then I will hate myself forever. Therefore, should I give up my happiness for the greater good? And am I a bad person not to like someone because of the size of his penis and his weight?

You have not mentioned your age, and I am sorry you didn't. However, you are not married to this man. In fact, both of you are not even engaged. Both of you are just good friends. Therefore, you are not obligated to please him. If you know that you are not happy with him, don't fool him. End the relationship and move on.

If he has really changed, he will not go back to his old lifestyle. Don't make that bother you at all.
