WOMAN PREDICTS DOOM FOR JAMAICA - Claims tsunami, quake will hit island

As if things were not bad enough, a prophetess is predicting more doom for our island.

Janet Campbell, or 'Mother of Wisdom', as she is sometimes called, says she has had the gift of prophecy for the last five years and got a vision urging her to share the bleaky future that lies in store for Jamaicans, and indeed for people of the world.

Campbell say that in a dream she got a mandate to visit a site in Bull Bay, St Andrew, to retrieve a special seal from God. After retrieving this seal, she said she received visions warning of impending doom.

She tells THE STAR, "Jamaica will be split into three pieces. There will be a great earthquake and a tsunami is going to come here. A terrible storm will come to us, and then go to America, Canada and come back around to the gulf."

Reliable visions

The prophetess, who claims all her prophecies in the past have come true, says while she was living in Bull Bay she predicted that the Chalky River would overflow its banks, flooding homes and killing a child. She says during a hurricane a baby was indeed killed, after his mother slipped and fell when their house was flooded.

Campbell says the political climate in Jamaica will soon lead to a nationwide revolution that will claim the lives of three ministers of government. She also reveals that fire will destroy buildings and institutions during the revolt. After the revolution, aid will come from Cuba and the United Nations.

She also told THE STAR that Bull Bay will sink because of its "disobedience and evil". She says she was told by the Almighty to leave the community.

In all this prediction of gloom, however, there is some good. Campbell tells THE STAR that a $3 million temple is to be built in the country, after which great 'treasures' will be revealed. She says, "The temple must be built up by Blue Mountain and it must face the rising sun. There will be great blessing to Jamaica after this. Treasures from the earth and sea will come to the people."
