Gramps: "Because of my father, I used to be at the rehearsals so that influenced my choice."

STAR: What has been your greatest challenge in the business yet?

Gramps: "Continue to make music, keep it interesting."

STAR: What have you been up to lately?

Gramps: "In the studios completing my album Two Sides Of My Heart, promoting the singles Wash The Tears, which is the first single from my album and Power Of Prayer with Buju Banton."

STAR: Do you look up to any specific artiste and why?

Gramps: "James Ingram, what he stands for and the way he sings, which is from the depth of his soul."

STAR: Are you happy with the way things are going for your musical career right now?

Gramps: "Definitely, very happy."

STAR: Do you have any advice for young artistes coming up?

Gramps: "Never get high on your own supply and continue to do their research to learn new things."

STAR: Where do you see yourself in the future?

Gramps: "Making music, hoping it will heal people."
