Six-week-old Kailee Walker, who has been missing since Monday.
It has been over two weeks since Simone Samuda's daughter disappeared without a trace, and the family is once again pleading for the public's help to find the child.
The Denham Town police confirmed that the child has not yet been found and they are continuing their investigations into the matter. Samuda said the baby's disappearance has been very hard for the family to deal with. "(We are) not doing so well," she said.
She said it has been especially difficult because the family has not heard anything about the woman or the baby.
On Monday, December 29, 2008, baby Kailee Walker went missing after her mother allowed a woman to feed her child, while she did some household chores.
Stepped outside
The woman had reportedly stepped outside with the then six-week-old baby and shortly afterwards was not seen again. Samuda said the woman who last had her baby is short, of medium build and was wearing a ponytail hairstyle, a white blouse and shoes and a blue jeans pants.
Since the baby went missing, the family has been trying very hard to get information out to the public. However, Samuda said they have not yet received any useful information.
But she remains hopeful and is urging the public to help them. Anyone with information can contact the family at 588-4058, 477-7594 or the police at 119.
