I was born July 26, 1972. I had a strange dream recently in which I was grieving with my family after getting the news that my mother died. My mother, who is 67 years old, is very much alive but has Alzheimer's disease.

A friend of the family asked why I was crying when my mother was right there. I looked up to see my younger sister, who looks a lot like my mother, enter the room, followed by my mother's spirit. She looked so young and fresh, like 30 years younger even though she still had grey hair plaited and hanging to her shoulders.

She told us we were not to worry about her. She was rubbing my feet, as I was sitting with my feet on a table or chair. Even though I was glad to see her I was so afraid to let her, hug me because all I was saying to myself was that she was a ghost and I was scared of her. It was weird that she was communicating with us, as she was not able to recognise most people or communicate logically for a long time.
