Man accused of pushing woman faces court again

A man accused of pushing a woman over a cliff is to return to court today when his case will again be mentioned.

The Rastafarian accused man allegedly pushed a woman over a 100ft embankment. He last appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's court in July.

Allegations are that the accused, Delroy Stewart had a dispute with a relative of the complainant. During the argument, he reportedly shoved the woman over the edge of the embankment. Although the complainant miraculously survived the fall, the court was told that she is now confined to a wheelchair.
