Who to choose?

Dear Pastor,

I am a young man living in Kingston. My problem is that I'm involved with a woman and I'm also with a married woman. I love both of them but I'm confused with what to do.

Should I follow my heart? Am I committing a sin? Would I be generally punished for what I'm doing? I really need your help, pastor.

O.B., Kingston, Jamaica

Dear O.B.,

You ask whether you should follow your heart. What is in your heart? What does it say? I hope it is saying to you that you should end the relationship with the married woman. You may cause her husband to kill her or kill you.

You know what sin is. You are only trying to ease your conscience. If you love the single girl, I suggest that you stick with the single woman and don't bring wrath and condemnation from God on yourself.

Pastor
