THE EDITOR, Sir:
Trelawny is bawling out for a proper parish library.
Di operations in dat small space looks rather untidy. Computers, photocopy machine, children and adult library all in one.
So many things in one small space can't result in any organised operation. Inside dat facility is more confusing dan di 'ben down market' on a weekend.
Users haffi scramble fi hungry hogs ina pen. Di Trelawny Parish Library is in a constant state of confusion.
If di Jamaica Library Service think dat thing can continue da way for much longer, dem deh mus be under an illusion. I see di parish of Trelawny is getting a First-World police station.
Trelawny needs a proper parish Library for betta education and recreation.
I am, etc.,
Hugh A. Blair
